During beta signup and early access, we may collect:

• Contact information — name, email address, and phone number
• Location information — address, city, state, and ZIP code
• Housing status — whether you own or rent your home, when provided
• Signup source — how you heard about Ringmula or which page you used to sign up
• Consent records — timestamps and versions of Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and SMS consent you accept
• Web analytics — general usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and device information collected through standard analytics tools

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send launch notifications and product updates
• Communicate about beta access, features, and account status
• Plan geography and market rollout based on signup locations
• Determine eligibility for beta programs in your area
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate Ringmula, including:

• Google Workspace (email and business operations)
• Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
• Twilio (SMS messaging, when you opt in)

These providers are contractually required to use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Ringmula, our users, or others.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information for as long as you remain on our waiting list or use Ringmula, unless you request deletion. Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records (such as consent logs) for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing communications
• File a complaint with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

7. Text Messages (SMS)

If you opt in to SMS, we comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier guidelines. Messages may include launch announcements, product updates, and appointment reminders related to Ringmula.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS encryption in transit, secure cloud hosting, and access controls limiting who can view your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Ringmula is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@ringmula.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page at least 14 days before material changes take effect and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
